Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI) today announced that it has affirmed the Long-Term Foreign Currency Rating (LT FCR) and Short-Term Foreign Currency Rating (ST FCR) of Bank Millennium S.A. (BM or the Bank) at ‘BBB-’ and ‘A3’, respectively. At the same time, CI Ratings has affirmed BM’s Bank Standalone Rating (BSR) of ‘bbb-’, Core Financial Strength (CFS) rating of ‘bb+’ and Extraordinary Support Level (ESL) of Uncertain. The Outlook on the LT FCR and BSR remains Stable.

The affirmation of BM’s ratings is supported by sound capitalisation, alongside robust liquidity and sustained retained earnings. Its strong market position in Polish retail banking, complemented by growing corporate exposure and digital efficiency, provides revenue diversification.
