Outlook on Ominvest’s International and National Ratings Revised to Stable Following Sovereign Rating Action; Both Ratings Affirmed

Outlook on Ominve st ’ s International and National Ratings Revised to Stable Following Sovereign Rating Action ; Both Rati ngs Aff i rmed

Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI) today announced that it has raised the Outlook on the Long- and Short-Term International r atings of Oman International Development and Investment Company (Ominvest) to Stable from Negative. The Outlook on the Long- and Short-Term ratings on the Oman National Scale has also been raised to Stab le from Negative. At the same ti me CI Ratings has affirmed Ominvest’s Long- and Short-Term International r atings at ‘BB’ and ‘B’, res pectively. The Company’s Long- and Short-Term national ratings have also been affirmed at ‘omAA ’ and ‘omA1+’, respectively, for the same reasons cited below.
