Türk Eximbank ’s Ratings Affirmed
Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI) today announced that it has affirmed the Long-Term Foreign Currency Rating (LT FCR) and Short-Term Foreign Currency Rating (ST FCR) of İhracat Kredi Bankası A.Ş. (Türk Eximbank) at ‘B+’ an d ‘B’, respectively. At the same time, CI Ratings has affirmed Türk Eximbank’s Bank Standalone Rating ( BSR ) of ‘b+’ and Core Financial Strength (CFS) rating of ‘b+’. The Outlook fo r the LT FCR and BSR remains Negative .
The affirmation of the Bank’s ratings is primarily supported by its strategic importance as a policy bank for the Turkish government, its resilient performance despite the volatile operating environment, and sound headline asset quality ratios .
