Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI) today announced that it has assigned a first-time Long-Term National Rating and Short-Term National Rating on the Poland National Scale to Kujawsko-Pomorski Fundusz Poreczen Kredytowych Sp. z o.o. (KPFPK or the Fund) at ‘plBBB’ and ‘plA2’, respectively. The Outlook for the LT NR is Stable.

KPFPK’s ratings are supported by strong liquidity relative to its live guarantee obligations, underpinned by a cash-heavy asset base offering, ample capacity to honour guarantee calls, a debt-free funding structure, and sound capital adequacy with good net guarantee leverage that provides an adequate loss-absorbing buffer against net guarantee exposure. Low and contracting guarantee payouts reduce immediate credit loss drain on capital buffers.
