Land United Real Estate - Ratings Suspended

Overview

Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI) today announced that it has suspended the credit ratings of Land United Real Estate Company (LURE) as it currently lacks sufficient financial and other information to assess the creditworthiness of the Company on a forward-looking basis. At the time of suspension, the Long- and Short-Term Foreign Currency Issuer Ratings were 'B-' and 'B', respectively. The Outlook on the ratings was Stable.
